He is passionate about mentoring photographers at all levels, from beginners to advanced professionals, through his workshops. Austen teaches aspiring photographers how to find their unique style and elevate their artistic expression and businesses. As a trainer, he continues to inspire and guide individuals looking to grow in their craft.

In addition to his photography expertise, Austen holds a Mentorship Certification from TES Develop UK, specializing in safeguarding teens and adults.

Austen became a Canon certified trainer on the 11th April 2018.
