When shooting under artificial light, fluorescent lamps can cause streaks or colour shifts in your images. In this quick tip, Canon Academy's Petra Selbertinger explains how to use the Anti-Flicker shooting function on your EOS camera to minimise these annoying effects.
Anti-flicker shooting can be activated using the Q button or the red camera menu. Some EOS R cameras also offer HF anti-flicker. Petra uses a HF light source to demonstrate how the function reduces the flickering effect by automatically or manually optimising the exposure time.
