Canon Academy collaborated with HerBold Tribe to introduce young women to the world of visual storytelling.
A key element of the collaboration was a documentary-style photo walk through the streets of Aba Market, where participants engaged with everyday people, captured real moments, and instantly printed and shared photographs with their subjects using the Canon Selphy CP1000.
For many attendees, it was their very first time using a camera. The excitement and eagerness to create were evident throughout the session, reflecting the impact that access to creative education and mentorship can have on young minds.
